I found the staff very friendly. They gave useful tips. the breakfast selection was extensive, with many options. my room was always clean and tidy. the location proved very convenient for walking to various sights.
The soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noise from the corridor and other rooms.

convenient location breakfast option
the location proved very convenient with easy access to major attractions and transport options i appreciated the plentiful breakfast options available each morning the room included a useful tea kettle with tea bags i found two wine glasses provided a thoughtful addition to the amenities.
i experienced a problem with payment regarding a prepayment message a hold was placed on my card before arrival this created concerns about available funds and clarity in billing practices
